Account Managers

We are looking for passionate Account Managers who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers.

You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross-functionale internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact or any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to customer needs and objectives
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth targets are met

Direct Marketing Manager

  • Plan, implement and monitor marketing campaigns that generate leads and sales need to exceed the business plan
  • Plan implement and deliver customer communications
  • Utilise a range of communication channels as part of the campaign delivery, in particular Direction Marketing and Digital
  • Closely manage marketing campaign costs and internal resource to ensure budgets are used as effectively as possible
  • Liaise with Key Stakeholders to ensure the business is fully briefed and engaged in order to make sure campaign objectives are met
  • Manage marketing campaign budgets and internal resources for specific activities
